James Edward Johnson, of San Leon, Texas passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the age of 72. He was born August 29, 1943 in West Point, Georgia to James Curtis and Rosie Lee Johnson. He is preceded in death by sons Paul E. Johnson, Ricky C. Johnson and James R. “Rusty” Johnson. He is survived by his wife Linda Johnson, sister Patricia Howell, daughter Rhonda Porras and husband Charles, grandchildren Amanda and Curtis Johnson and Linda and Charles Porras, 5 great granchildren Lillinna, Curtis, Allie, Charlie, Malachi and Mikey. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 5-8pm and funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 10am at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas.
