Darlene – I am so sorry for your loss. J R was a wonderful, kind and hard-working man who adored you. I often think of the good times we shared. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Our condolences to the family. We met JR upon moving to Bayou Vista 4 yrs ago. He our contractor for our boathouse. A good friend and remained to be our friend. He occasionally stopped by and had a bottle water or a soft drink. I didn’t get to see him before passing but he did call from the hospital a couple of times. I will dearly miss him.

Mr. Fisher My heart goes out to you and your family on this terrible loss. I only got to meet J.R. a few times but all my memories of him are good one. Especially the one where he taught me how to drive a riding lawn mower.
Our prayers are with the family. JR was a pleasure to know and work with. He will be missed.

I lost a great builder friend this week….a man that will graciously teach you from his heart the things he learned from the sweat of his brow over a lifetime…Is a real friend … Blessings to the family of JR Fisher
We saw him struggle to finish our home. He always showed up with a smile, a newspaper, and lunch. When we see an old red truck, we’ll smile at the memory. We love our home and JR worked hard to make us happy. We learned a lot from him during this last year. And, we feel blessed to have met him.
