Huynh “Bill” Van Mau, 73, a resident of Bacliff, TX passed away June 25, 2023 at his home in Bacliff, TX. Bill was born in Vietnam on May 10, 1950.

Bill was a great man who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. First, as a shrimper in the gulf and then as a business owner. A kind and generous man, who always wanted to help others whenever he could. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and reading. He will be remembered as an amazing friend, wonderful husband, and a hero to his children.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Le Van Huynh and Huong Thi Le; sister, Phuoc Thi Huynh. He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Phuong Thi Phung; daughter, Ai Van Huynh; son, Nhan Huynh; sister, Ngoc Phuong Huynh; nephews: Tam Tran, Jimmy Huynh, and Buu Huynh. Cam Thuy Huynh; great nephews: Brain Thach Huynh, Antonio Quan Huynh, and great niece, Kim Ngan Huynh.

A visitation will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 3, 2023 at 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77581.
