  1. My sympathies to the family and the staff at the Laurel House. I met Hilda through the ministries of Holy Trinity Church in Dickinson, Texas. I enjoyed her keen sense of humor and warmth. She loved talking about her late husband and how proud she was of her daughter and granddaughters.

She spoke always of her love of God, and church. I was pleased to have laughed with her and spent some time with her.

  2. Sorry to here about your mom. Your parents were very dear to our family and we enjoyed many happy times with your family living on the coast.
Fishing was a very big part of my life and the many trips with your dad are remembered fondly along with the fish fry’s with yours, the Plowmans and Kaufmans.
May GOD,s blessing be with you as you remember these good times.
