Herman Frederick Seiter III

Herman was born and raised in Galveston,Texas!

He is proceeded in death by his father Herman  Seiter,Jr and mother Neoma Lorraine Seiter and aunts,uncles and cousins.  

He is survived by his uncles David Berger and Henry Seiter and cousins Paulette Hurst, Sharon Shimek Darlene Perryman Fred Seiter and Larry Seiter. 

Herman was always willing to try  anything despite having Cerebral Palsy. He rode his 3 wheel bike as much as possible when young and loved to run around using his crutches(or not).  His dad gave him the love of fishing and his uncle gave him a love of hunting. Not much would stop him even while trying to recoup in PT, he walked  as much as possible. He loved sports and would watch and support the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros and Golden State Warriors.  

He loved to be around family, especially his caretaker, Bertha Montemayor, who was a godsend.  He went to as many family gatherings as possible. He loved to eat out and go places all the while teasing and joking. 

He will surely be missed.
