George Cheng Teng Lee
George Cheng Teng Lee, 92, of Houston, TX passed away in Webster, TX on May 4, 2018. Mr. Lee was born on May 18, 1925 to Su Yi Lee and Giok Chuan Huang in Malaysia. He has been a resident of Houston for the past 8 years and formerly of Rockport, MA. George was a member of the Chinese Presbyterian Church, K.L. Malaysia.
Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters Mona Eng and her husband Kan Hwa and Delia Sung and her husband Norman and one brother Peter Lee.
George is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Kim Lee; three daughters Ling Lee, Diana Barclay and husband Martin and Pei Sah Upshaw and husband Eddie; two sons Julius Lee and wife Carolina and Nester Lee and wife JoAnne; along with eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews all beloved.
There will be a Graveside Service 12:30 a.m. Tuesday May 08, 2018 at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland, TX.
It was a privilege to care for Mr. Lee. He was a warm, gentle soul with a beautiful smile. We will be miss him.
