Fredrick D. Regan
1951 – 2017. It is with great sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of Fredrick Dale Regan of Houston, Texas. He was born in Powell County, KY and lived in Ohio and Florida before landing in Texas in 1968. Fred served his country in the US Army and was deployed to VietNam. A Purple Heart recipient, Fred developed a lasting love for the Asian culture and its’ people. His passion for travel took him across the globe for business and personal adventures, but he was proud to call Texas his home.
Fred was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Albert and Delaria Morton and his father Earl Regan. He leaves the memory of his charismatic spirit and kind heart with his mother Kathy, brother Bob (Darlene) and son Nolan Leahy. He will also be greatly missed by nieces Brooke Vandygriff (Jason), Blaire Caddell (Robert) and nephew Bryce Regan (Vanessa) along with each of their children Whitten, Augustus, Mabel, Holden, Ellie, Tony and Robert.
Fred was a great person and will be missed. He has left a mark on this old world

Fred never met a stranger. A larger than life, individual, he treated all with bonhomie.
Fredo wish I had gotten in touch sooner. We had some great times together. Thanks for being my best man at my wedding. Until we meet again brother.
