To know Frankie was to love him. He was so many things to many people. He was funny, strong, hardheaded, a “jokester”, the “cool guy”, honest, a straight-shooter, and reliable, just to name a few. He loved the outdoors, was an avid hunter, fisherman, gun collector, and one hell of a welder.

He was a one-of-a-kind guy.

Frankie was a loving son, brother, father, Papa, and friend.

Services will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. The visitation will be held from 9am to 11am, with the service to follow.

That’s why they call it the present.”- Elanor Roosevelt.

  4. Frankie, you made a promise to my parents Barbara and Jerry Rose to help raise Trey (Jarrold Rose III) with their blessings and you kept that promise. They were proud to call you son.
You were a good friend to me, and I felt you were my brother. I will miss your smile and laugh.
I know you’re on a cloud looking down on your babies (grown but still), you loved them so much. Bettie Ann Rose Thompson
