Francisco Javier Elizalde, 69 passed away October 22, 2018 in Houston, TX. Francisco was born December 8, 1948 in Laredo, TX to Jose and Angelica Maria (Villareal) Elizalde. He moved to Houston in January of 1974, as he was looking for ways to provide a better future for himself and his growing family. Francisco attended St. Helen Catholic Church and was a strong man of faith. He enjoyed spending all his time with his six children and eleven grandchildren. He loved camping, barbecuing, playing catch with his sons, and most importantly, watching the Cowboys game with them every Sunday. He cherished his family dearly and would do anything and everything he could for them. He will be greatly missed.

Francisco joins his wife of 48 years, San Juanita Elizalde; parents, Jose and Angelica Elizalde; brother, Rolando Elizalde.

Francisco is survived by his daughters: Judith Vasquez, husband Emerico, Jessica Perez, husband  Robert and Lindsay Martin, husband Jason; sons: Francisco Elizalde II, Bryan Elizalde, wife Judy and Victor Elizalde, wife Cynthia; grandchildren: Isaac Vasquez, Belicia Vasquez, Aaron Vasquez, Cathy Kaisler, Samantha Kaisler, Elijah Perez, Noah Perez, Jaxson Elizalde, Logan Elizalde, Chloe Elizalde and Bianca Kamila Elizalde; brothers: Roberto Elizalde, wife Jeannie and Juvencio Elizalde, wife Azeneth.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 208 from 5-8 pm with a rosary at 6 pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77598. Funeral service will begin 10:00 a.m on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Crowder Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
