Frances Velma Sarver
Frances Velma Sarver, 81 of Santa Fe passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at her residence. She was born March 31, 1932 in Crowley, Louisiana to Willis and Lola Faulk. Frances was a member of the Texas City Church of the Nazarene and loved playing the piano in church. She enjoyed her jigsaw puzzles, but most of all she enjoyed being with her family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She especially enjoyed all the holidays with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Richard Sarver. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law; Donna and Terry Crumley of Santa Fe, Carol Sarver of Texas City and Debra and Dana Ryman of Fredericksburg; sisters; Beryl Faulk, Nina Rose Spell and Billie Foreman; brothers C.W. Faulk and Francis Faulk; grandchildren, Jason, Jered, Alicia, Dustin, Brooke and Matthew and eighteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2014 from 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. Service will be 10:00am on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the James Crowder Funeral Home with Rev. James Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, Texas.
