Frances Geraldine Ayers, of League City, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at her home in League City, Texas at the age of 85. She was born in Smitheon, Arkansas to John and Lona VanMeter. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Franklin and son Monty Roe Williams. She is survived by her son Michael Williams and wife Casandra, three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and dear friend and care giver Peggy Moynahan. A Ceremony will be held on March 15, 2014 at 2:00 at the club house in the Village of Tuscan Lakes in League City.
