Frances Alice Bilello, 87, passed away on June 12, 2024, at her home in Webster, Texas, with family at her side. She was born on October 6, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY to Alice (Wynn) and Anthony Pepe.

Frances was preceded on death by her loving husband, Edward Lawrence Bilello. She is survived by her: sons, Michael Scarano, Edward Bilello, Steven Bilello, and Thomas Bilello; and numerous family members and friends.

Frances will be placed to rest with her husband. Services are pending.
