Elsie Kraner, 88, passed away on May 27, 2024, in League City, Texas. She was born on June 26, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois to Adolph and Hedwig Holz. Elsie is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kraner. She is survived by her: daughters, Julie Cartmill and husband, Paul and Jennifer McKnight and husband, Steve; son, Jeff Kraner; grandchildren, Nicole Erfurdt and husband, Roger, Danielle Fuchs and husband, Kyle, Brad McKnight and wife, Joan, Jake McKnight, Shannon McKnight; great grandchildren, Hunter Payne, Madison McKnight and numerous family members and friends.

Elsie worked as a Decorator for Sears.  She had a passion for home renovations and loved to garden.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on August 23rd at Seabrook United Methodist Church, 3300 Lakeside Dr. Seabrook, Tx 77586.  In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in Elsie’s memory may do so to Alzheimer’s Assoc. 6055 S Loop East, Houston, Tx 77087.
