Dear Mrs. de la Garza,
Please accept my sympathies on your loss. I had the honor of working with Teyo in the 1980’s and 90’s when he was part of Dudley Nelson’s group supporting Shuttle payload integration. Teyo was a true gentleman and a wonderful engineer who made many great contributions to the Shuttle Program. He’ll be missed by many.
Kind regards,
