Jerry was my cousin, my older “brother,” and my friend. I loved him dearly. I know we’ll all miss the Turner patriarch. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. I will miss not having him in this world. Love and hugs to all the family.
You are missed so much already. I love you!
Memories, the ping pong ball episode while flying over the fairgrounds In Candor NY, he was there for my first buck deer hunting, he was the first to meet my future wife, the woodchuck episode, watching the lunar landing with him, and of course he made it to my youngest daughters wedding as well as Susan’s and my wedding. I will miss him.
My heart aches.
We celebrated a few birthdays together. In fact, your dad took my mom

Good friend!
I met Jerry in Augsburg Germany, where we went to high school. We worked in the Commissary there and I met up with him in Spring TX several years ago. Jerry was a true patriot and a very unique person. I shall pray for the repose of his soul. May God bless you and your family.
Lucille, I am so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.
Jerry was a true patriot, serving his country and brothers in arms, his communities, and his family. For 35 years I have been blessed to be a part of his and Lucille’s family through our children and shared grandkids and great-grandkids. Rest In Peace Jerry until we meet again in heaven’s perfect harmony.

The sadness that comes from the loss of my grandfather is overbearing. Not a second goes by that I don’t think about him and what an amazing person he was. Papa- You will be missed greatly and you will NEVER be forgotten. You are a TRUE HERO. I thank you for everything you have done for us grandchildren. My children and I are so blessed because of you. You where a great grandfather to me and my cousins and theirs not enough words to say or put together to thank you for what You did for our family. You deserved to stay longer because you where a HERO, a one of a kind. Nobody can be what you where, you where my HERO. I hope i can become you one day a hero. I miss you more than anything and wish we could go back to the days where we would hang Christmas lights, or i paint your nails, or us going to PGR meeting together and then ended up in Dallas by accident.
