  2. I have worked with Dean and known his family for over 10 years. He was a great conversationalist and had a strong work ethic which I always admired. May he rest in peace.

  3. Dean and I were friends for over 45 years and raised son’s at the same time and were involved in bridge groups, church, camping fishing and Church. We played golf together for years twice a week and have been close neighbors here at the Crossings since they moved here from Friendswood nearly three years ago. I can hardly imagined not seeing him most days and will miss a good friend until we meet in Heavan.

  4. I am a longtime friend of Sandy but didn’t know Dean well. I grew to respect him greatly after they moved to the Crossings because he made sure they came to worship at church most every Sunday. I always checked for them in the spot where they sat and noticed that they weren’t there this last Sunday. I am very sorry for your loss.

  5. Dean was a Friend an Advisor and a Supporter of what was “Lighthouse Cooking Team”. Dean befriended us as a group that supported the local community. Dean come over held a meeting with our Executive Board to change the name to “Charity”. We sat and listened as he said, Big oil companies of “Cooking” teams and they are funded by deep oil pockets. What you have is a “Charity” that needs those companies to support you thru their charitable giving. So we changed to Lighthouse Charity Team. Then in 2001 we had a devastating fire. As soon as the plans were made to rebuild, Dean made a couple of calls and had an 18 Wheeler of equipment delivered. Ice Machines from Manitowoc, Coke dispensers from McCall, Freezers from McCall and Walk in Coolers from his friends and business contacts. As these items are being installed he was there with his big smile and you could see his heart was full from helping others. Dean enjoyed coming by our facility to see what charity we were helping with weather it be little league of a child with a medical issue. He got much joy by seeing our motto that he also lived by “People Helping People”. He passed his generous heart to his kids and family. Kent did many projects for us as he took projects to his ship and had to tell Dean.. I know we are busy.. I’ll do this after hours or on the weekend. Much love to the whole Anderson Family..
