David Arthur Yeats
David Arthur Yeats, 82, of League City passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born February 9, 1942 in Madill, Oklahoma to Alva and Winnell Yeats.
Dave was a Millwright and Project Manager by trade all his career. He traveled to many states including Hawaii, West Virginia and Texas.
At the age of 9, he dedicated his life to Christ and Baptized as a Baptist. He married his loving wife, Sylvia Garcia of Bay City, Texas in 1981. They spent 43 years together traveling for work and spending most of their lives, enjoying just being together.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents and son, Gregory Brett Yeats. He is survived by his wife Sylvia Yeats, sons; David (GiGi), Jimmy (Kelli); daughter, Michelle Yeats Ewing; grandchildren: Garret Yeats (Meloni), William Ewing, Jeannette Garcia (Victor), Theresa Rovinsky (Alex), Mary Avanti, Nicholas Dugger, Kourtney Donaldson (Justin) and Dylan Yeats; and great-grandchildren: Riley Garcia, Lily Garcia, Thomas Reedy, Eloise Rovinksy, Guenevere Rovinsky, Isabelle Avanti, Ezekiel Avanti and Daniel Donaldson.
A Memorial Service will be on March 29, 2025 at 1:00pm at Mom-A-Lone Restaurant in Webster.
