Clay Matthew Oberholtzer
Clay Matthew Oberholtzer, of Texas City, passed on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the age of 28.
He was born on November 4, 1992 in Texas City, Texas to Gary and Liz Oberholtzer. Clay was a 2011 graduate from Dickinson High School. Shortly after graduation, he began working for Oberholtzer Plumbing. Clay enjoyed fishing and hunting. During his free time, he also loved spending time with his nephews Blake Mancuso, Anthony Seybert, Carson Butler, and Beckham Butler. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marybeth and Ed (Papa Ed) Fleenor, and Cindy and Jon Oberholtzer, his uncle, John Contella, his step-grandpa Terry Johnstone, and his uncle David Johnstone. He is survived by His mother and step-father, Liz and Pete Mancuso, his father and step-mother, Gary and Alice Oberholtzer; sister, Kaci Oberholtzer, and step-siblings, Caleb Butler (Bethany), Caitlin Butler, Hannah Butler, Jacob Butler, Pete Mancuso, Jr, Scott Mancuso (Casey), and Bobby Mancuso. As well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him dearly.
The Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 3-4:30pm with a memorial service starting at 4:30PM at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
Clay fly high sweet boy. You have touched so many life’s in your short time on earth. You will always be that little boy who would visit your Uncle Jack and Aunt Tammy house. Now you will be Angel looking down on us!😇
