Loving Son, Grandson, Brother, Friend
Chase Evan Grob left his life on earth at the young age of 18 on Saturday, August 12, 2023, in San Leon, Texas. Chase was born in Houston, Texas on March 21, 2005, to Gary John Grob and Tiffany Tucker. Chase spent most of his childhood in the Texas City/San Leon area attending school and enjoying life on the water, sailing, and floating the rivers. He had a passion for sports, playing football and racing his BMX bikes. Chase was a hard worker and tried his hand at many different jobs, like assembling office furniture, delivering and setting up event tents, as well as boiling crawfish for locals and restaurants. He took real pride in pleasing his customers with the spicy flavors he brewed. He had big plans to become a tugboat captain and was set to start working in the business.
Chase grew to be a handsome young man with many friends of all ages. He was the one that always greeted you with a smile and a hug. Chase had an untamed passion for always having a good time. His memory will be forever cherished by his loving parents, brothers: Gavin Grob and Colin Rusk, sister: Laylah Gouldin, grandparents: Gary and Heidi Grob, Rita and Robby Pourchot, Robert and Eileen Simcsuk, Landon Tucker, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends and neighbors.
Chase will be honored with a visitation on Monday, August 21, 2023, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. There will be a gathering immediately following with food and drinks for friends and family at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge in Bacliff, Texas. 4445 9th St, Bacliff, TX 77518
