Charlie was my friend and I have always appreciated that friendship. I really enjoyed going down to the ranch and just really enjoyed his company.
Deepest condolences to Brenda, Chuck and family.
I’ll miss Charlie, and I will think of him often and I’ll smile.
I won’t be able to make his memorial service but I’ll be there in spirit.
I had the absolute pleasure to serve under all of Charlies terms as Mayor of Tiki Island. I knew him not only as a Leader, but a friend and neighbor as well. Charlie was responsible for many Island amenities we enjoy today. Always quick with a joke and infectious laughter, Charlie was an all around great man whose memories I will cherish. My deepest condolence to you and your family Brenda.
I was blessed to know him. He is the one who hired me as the Building inspector for Tiki Island in 2005. He taught me a lot about how best to serve the Tiki community and its people. I served under his command as he was the Mayor for 3 terms. I will never forget you Charlie.
Dearest Laurie, I am so very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May he Rest in Peace. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The love he left is eternal.
Much love and warm hugs.
Charles was one of the first people we met when we moved to Tiki in 1996. We worked on many things together for Tiki. The Tiki park for one. When we approached Mayor Everts about building a park, he said, “ You want a swing and a sliding board?”
He always had a great sense of humor and you never knew what would come out of his mouth. Lance and I loved Charlie and Brenda. Our deepest condolences to Brenda and the entire family. He will be missed but never forgotten. His legacy lives on. God Bless. Rest easy Charlie
Brenda, I was so sorry to hear about Charles. I pray that God will comfort you, wrap His arms around you and give you peace beyond understanding. Phil and I plan to be there for the service. Cannot wait to give you and Shane a hug.
I love you!
My deepest condolences and sympathy to the family. I was very fortunate to have been a long time friend of Chariie’s. Will miss him.
