Cecelia Teresa Rowe (91) passed away on August 18, 2024 in the Houston/Clear Lake Area. She was born on Sept 10, 1932 in Pennsylvania to Manuel and Isabell Rocha.

There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 9:45 am at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.

Cecelia will be interred next to her husband James Levie Rowe who passed away in 2020.
