Barbara Maurice Redd, 70, of Bacliff, passed away December 1, 2014 at her home. She was born January 22, 1944 to James and Zada Miller in Newport, Arkansas. Barbara was a school bus driver for Dickinson I.S.D for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Cynthia Redd Istre; son, Russell Wayne Redd; brother Arvil D. Miller; brother-in-law James Grace; and grandson Craig Redd.
She is survived by her son Robert Redd; sisters, Mary Lee Miller Williams and husband Loran, and Veronica Sue Grace; brother Truel Lavel Miller and wife Geraldine; grandchildren, Casey Redd, Kevin Redd, Tommy Redd, Leslie Redd, Haylie Thompson, Josh Redd and Michael Redd, fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 4, 2014, 2:00 pm at San Leon Cemetery, San Leon, TX, under the direction of Crowder Funeral Home, Dickinson, TX
