Audrey Marie Mc Elroy, 103, passed away on January 24, 2025 . She has been a resident of Pearland, TX since 2012. She was a member of the Methodist church.  Audrey graduated from Louisiana Tech and L.S.U. And retired from East Baton Rouge Parrish Library for over 20 years.

Audrey is preceded in death by her husband Weldon Mc Elroy of 69 years; parents, William and Wavie Fraiser; brother, James Fraiser; her sisters, Myrtis Jackson, Katherine Arrington, Madeline Bilyeu, Helen Rivers.

Audrey is survived by her daughter; Peggy Daniels and ( Danny); son, William Mc Elroy and wife Theresa. She has 3 grandchildren; Laura Maddox and ( Chad), David Hamm, Nicholas Hamm and ( Sarah); 4 Great grandchildren, Audrey, James, Mikayla and Madisyn.

There will be a Graveside service at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery in Shreveport, LA.  on Saturday February 1, 2025  at 1:00 P.M.  8801 Mansfield Rd. Shreveport, LA. 71108.
