Just six days after coming into the world, Arieah Skyye Johnson passed away peacefully at Memorial Hermann Children’s Hospital in the arms of her parents Jordan Johnson and Angelica Martinez. During her brief time on earth, she touched many lives and was loved by all.

Born at only 24 weeks Arieah weighed only 1 lb 3 oz and was 11 inches long. Arieah was able to hear our voices and wave, she was able to hold her mother’s finger and respond to her father’s touch during her brief stay on earth. She had a head full of dark hair, a cute button nose and the longest eyelashes. She was born at 2:38 pm on October 25 and passed October 31 at 4:16 AM.

Arieah is preceded in death by her grandmother, Nicole Miller; great grandparents, Ana Galindo, Stephen Hahn, Charles Johnson, Sr., Sharon Jones and Maudie Wilson.

Arieah is survived by her parents; grandparents; Alex and Jennifer Bonano, Charles Johnson and Crystalyn Hahn; great grandparents; Robert Jones II, Esther Martinez, Genaro Martinez, Katharina Hahn and Vivian Johnson; aunts and uncles: Kaysha Massa, husband Ryan, Jayson Johnson, Rudy Martinez, wife Priscilla, Celeste Gladish, husband Blake, Annastasia Miller, Isaiah Gladish and Haileigh Bonano.

There will be a memorial gathering on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at The Bonano Home.

The family is forever thankful to the team of doctors, NICU nurses and all the medical staff that cared for Angel and Arieah during their stay.
