Amelia Jane Criswell
Amelia “Jane” Criswell, 77, of League City, TX passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on September 8, 1947 to John and Wilma Platt.
Jane was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed painting ceramics, reading, watching Jeopardy and Hallmark movies. Jane was known to make the best fried chicken and Italian cream cake.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Wayne Platt.
She is survived by her daughter Gianna Luper (Edwin), sons Chad Criswell (Hidi) and Lance Criswell. Grandchildren Demi Foreman, Gabrielle Luper, Trey Luper, Ty Luper, Brenna Criswell, Jace Criswell, Rhett Criswell, 3 great grandchildren and dearest friend Freda Sawyer.
The family will hold a private celebration of life
Amelia was A Sweet Lady..And her and i became Close right away..We Had A Great Relationship threw the year..even whenever she first got here At Baywood WE kicked it off from the jump. We Talked all the time ..She was someone special..I would always kid her about them Long legs she had..BUT she knew i loved her..And Her love for her Children was Like No other’s..Im SO Honored To Have had a chance to have meet and get to know her.She Will Be Dearly Missed Rest Easy 🙏❤️
