Amanda “Jade” De Kelaita

Amanda “JADE” De Kelaita, a precious daughter of God, age 37 years, entered into eternal life November 15, 2024, while surrounded by her loving family in their home in Dickinson, Texas.

Jade was born on October 4, 1987, to Joseph S. DeKelaita, Sr. and Elizabeth Sanchez (Weir) in Galveston, Texas.

Jade came to know the Lord Jesus Christ at the young age of 12 where she vowed to dedicate her life to living for Him.  She served the Lord in her local community church while attending school.  She attended Regent University and graduated on May 7, 2016, successfully completing her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Communications.

Being led by The Holy Spirit, Jade started King and Crown Inc., her ministry, in which she continued to use the gifts of the Lord’s Spirit on her life to preach God’s goodness to the orphan, widow, poor, rich, as well as the seen and unseen. She has traveled the globe in obedience to the call of the Lord to be a witness of the love of God and to take His gospel to the nations.

Jade has inspired and challenged her family, friends and many others by her living example in total surrender to Jesus Christ. She tirelessly and continuously proclaimed him as the King and worthy of His crown.

  1. Jade was one of the first people my kids and I met when I returned to the church after being a prodigal for 10+ years. She spoke into my kids, she built them up, she prayed numerous times for our family, and she gave love and warmth and laughter unconditionally. She was stunning on the outside, but the love of Jesus that flowed from inside her made her even more beautiful. She will be missed greatly until we see her again. My love to the family as they navigate the days, weeks, and months ahead.
