The world lost a gem of a person in Alicia … I can honestly say I have never known anyone who loved as hard as she did.
I am so thankful she had Felicia Barcelona as her equal. They complimented each other like no two friends I have ever known.

I didn’t get to come today due to not being well enough to travel but I’m making plans to visit next month. I was looking forward to 2026. Prayers to my Aunt Deedee and my cousins. I will be donating to the humane society as requested in lieu of flowers. And I will strive everyday to be a better human like Alicia was to so many.Forever Family and Love Eternally.
There are few people in this world that are multi-talented, funny, smart, athletic, loving, great pet Mom and devoted to their friends. Alicia was one of these special people. She could, in one day be an artist, a scientist, businesswomen and amazing athlete. The Seawall was her special place for running, biking and walking her beloved Leia. She was a proud Lesbian. My heart is broken that I will never see her goofy beautiful smile again. I will love you forever Goose.
Your Maverick.
The passing of Alicia weighs heavily on my heart; she was a truly remarkable individual who made a lasting impact on countless lives. Her warmth, empathy, and relentless optimism served as a beacon of hope for many, and her infectious laughter brought joy to every gathering. Alicia taught us the true value of love and friendship, and her spirit will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her. My thoughts and prayers are especially with her family and friends in this trying time. While we will deeply feel the void left behind, her essence will continue to accompany us always. ❤️
So very sorry to hear this news. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
