Granville Silva, 87, passed away on December 3, 2021 in Friendswood. Granville was born in Sri Lanka, March 12, 1934, and lived there until recently. He moved to Friendswood in 2020. He worked as the Chief Civil Engineer for the Ministry of Defense in Brunei, before his retirement to Sri Lanka.

Mr. Silva is preceded in death by his wife, Hema, one daughter, Damayanthi  and parents.

Granville leaves behind four sons: Thusitha Silva, wife Kamanie Balachandra; Dinendra Silva; Hemantha Silva, wife Judy Silva; and Thushara Silva, wife Rachna Ponia; four grandchildren; Chandika, Shanika, Jordan and Trinity

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to their charity of choice.

There will be a viewing at 10AM, followed by the funeral service, Monday, December 6^th, 2021 at 11:00am at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, 2422 E. Broadway Street, Pearland Texas 77581.
