John Villarreal

John Villarreal Jr., of Texas City, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014  at the age of 69. He was born March 15, 1945  in Galveston, Texas to John L. and Fidelia Villarreal.  Our dad was a devoted family man.  He enjoyed spending time with his daughters and granddaughter.  He enjoyed keeping in contact with his friends. Our dad was a very friendly person who never met a stranger.  Our father also shared the gift of life through organ donation.  He is survived by daughters Stephanie Ramos and Christine Villarreal, sisters Linda Villarreal, Mary Elvir, Connie Galicia, Dolores Villarreal and Lela Villarreal, brothers Alex Villarreal, Joe Villarreal, recently deceased Frank Lopez, grandchildren Kaiden Ramos and Carissa Ramos. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 6-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in League City, Texas with burial following at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Dickinson, Texas
