Thomas “Hoggie” Desadier

Thomas “Hoggie” Desadier, of League City, Texas passed away at home Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the age of 91. He was born September 3, 1925 in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana to Jules and Julia Desadier. He was preceded in death by his parents Jules and Julia Desadier and brothers Ross Desadier, Leroy Desadier and Herschel Desadier. Thomas is survived by his wife of 68 years Minnie L. Desadier, sister Vermel “Sis” Durr, brother Raymond Desadier and wife Lee, daughter Sandy Fournet and husband Kevin, sons Ronnie Desadier and wife Sandy and Donnie Desadier and wife Mary, ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 1-3pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas with a Vigil Service at 3pm. Interment will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 3pm at Memory Lawn Cemetery, Natchitoches, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, you may send memorials to a charity of your choice.

    Tom was a good man. I met him in 1979 when I came to work for Coastal. Over the next 10 years he taught me many valuable lessons not only about work but life in general. You will be missed my friend.
