William Robert (Willie) Holt, 72, of Texas City went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2016.  He was born September 26, 1943 in Texas City, Texas  Willie was a lifelong resident of Texas City; he retired from Valero as an Operation Manager.  He is preceded in death by his mother Cleo Holt, sister, Mary Jo Drewery and brother-in-law Piffy McDonald.  He leaves to cherish his memories, his soulmate and best friend, his wife Yolanda (Yo) Holt; two daughters; Cydne Holt and Angela Duff; two sons; William Robert (Robbie)Holt II and Kevin Duff; two sisters; Peggy Tipping and her husband Harold and Johnny McDonald; aunt Marie Johnson; his grandchildren; Nickalus Holt and wife Mandi, Dillion Walton, Faith Woods and his little girl Jaleah Woods, great grandchildren Sophia Holt and Jeffrey Roark; favorite nieces; Kristy Quigley and husband Bart and Marla Iles and husband Brandon; his second Dad Turner Moore and wife Barbara; and other family and friends. A Private ceremony will be held at a later date. “Let the Angels lead you into Paradise, and the Saints forever welcome you to the Holy City, Let choirs of Angels welcome you, with all your family and friends who have gone before you.
