Daniel Gordon Wood of Dickinson, Texas passed from this life on Friday, January 15, 2016.
Daniel was born, March 15, 1937 in Los Angeles, Ca. to proud parents, Gordon and Elizabeth Wood.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Jim Wood. He leaves to cherish his memories,
his loving wife, Judy Wood, his daughter, Karen Mack and husband Ronald, daughter-in-law, Terianne
Wood, a son Michael Wood and wife Deborah, sister Betty Antoinette Wood, nine grandchildren,
and two great grandchildren.
Daniel served one tour in the U.S. Army, and he also worked at the Pentagon for 2 to 3 years.
He was vice president for American National Ins. Co. Some of his great enjoyments were
traveling all over the world, being the best brother and buddy anyone could ever have not
to mention the barbeques with his special recipe.
A memorial service will be held in his honor, Monday, January 18,2016 at 10:00 am in the Crowder
Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson, Texas.
