April Michelle Martin, of League City, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at the age of 20. She was born on February 9, 1995 in Webster, Texas to Gary Martin and Cara Herr. April was born with impaired hearing. She learned sign language at a young age and made her first sign at the age of three months. Later, she devoted her time and passion to animals in FFA and caring for her pigs. She graduated from Clear Springs High School in 2013. April loved all the latest technology and gadgets and bacon was her favorite food. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. April was preceded in death by her grandmother Barbara Jean Herr. She is survived by her father Gary Martin, mother Cara Herr and husband James Glover, sister Misty Glover, grandparents Wanda Martin, June Currier, Bobby and Lynn Glover, Michael Herr, great-grandmother Wanda Burrows, aunts and uncles Dave Martin, Mike Burrows and wife Pat, Bobby Glover, Andrew Martin, Adam Herr, Daryl Pool and wife Nita, LeAnna delaHoussaye, Valerie Smith and husband David, Mary Knowles and husband Charles, Gail Powell and husband Doug, Kevin Herr and wife Phyllis, Kathy Wood and husband David, Suzie Cunningham and husband Mark, David Davies and many other loving cousins, family and friends.
