Margaret “Margie” Anna Bransfield, of League City, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015 in League City at the age of 71. She was born on October 20, 1943 to John and Antoinette Braut. Margie was employed by Palais Royal in League City for 25 years. She loved to cook for others but her greatest enjoyment came from time spent with her three grandchildren. Margie was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth and sister Antoinette. Margie is survived by her daughters Debra Wendt and husband Henry and Donna Bransfield, son Glen Bransfield, brothers John Braut and wife Judy, Peter Braut and wife Laura, grandchildren Nikolao, Tiala and Mailani and many other loving family and friends. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 6:00pm with a Vigil Service at 7 o’clock at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573. A Grave Side Ceremony will follow on Wednesday at 10am at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.
