David Anthony Wiley

David Anthony Wiley, of Houston, passed away peacefully after an extended illness at the age of 71 on Saturday, January 25, 2025. He was born on January 23, 1954, in Pontiac, Michigan, to John and Marjorie Wiley, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Wiley (nee: Glenn), having celebrated 49 years of marriage. David’s pride and joy were his three children: Jonathan Wiley, Dawn Knight, and Laura Moreno (David). He also cherished and was a devoted grandfather to Leila Moreno, Ava Moreno, Max Moreno, Lily Knight, and Macie Knight. In addition, David is survived by his brother, Michael Wiley (Susan), and sister, Bridget Robbins (Richard), as well as nieces and nephews.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing followed by a Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama. Later in life, he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Detroit-Mercy. David served for four decades in healthcare as an executive, a Registered Nurse, and a consultant. He participated in several civic and community organizations, in particular enjoying Sons of Norway activities shared with his parents, who were also members. David’s passion in life was worshiping his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and serving others in need. He dearly loved his church family at Turning Point Church of League City, Texas.

Visitation will be held at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 E. Main St., League City, TX 77573, on January 31, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
