Lowell Daniel Pell, age 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7th at Baywind Village in League City, Texas. He was born on May 7, 1943 to Paul Daniel and Reida Tullis Pell of Fort Payne, Alabama.

He graduated from Sylvania High School in 1961 and continued his education at the University of Alabama. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1966. He worked as the Senior Engineer at Dow Chemical for over 32 years until his retirement.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Margie Louise Byrum, and brother Paul Luther Pell.

He leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, special friends, Mike and Debbie Cothern, Brenda Lera, and Jo Raider.
