Dien Wynn
Dien Wynn, 72, passed away on July 3, 2024, in Houston, Texas. He was born on July 27, 1951, in Hanoi, Vietnam, to John and Ruth Nguyen.
Dien is survived by his loving wife, Janie Wynn; his cherished children, Jeremy Wynn, Mica Wynn, and Brandon Wynn; and his adored grandchildren, Olivia, Chloe, and Ava. He was blessed with numerous family members and friends who will deeply miss him.
Dien earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University. He worked as a chemical engineer and computer specialist for over four decades. Dien had a passion for home improvement projects and found immense joy in creating a comfortable and beautiful home for his family.
A devoted family man, Dien loved nothing more than spending quality time with his loved ones. His private nature and strong faith in Jesus Christ were central to his life, guiding his actions and relationships. Dien’s legacy of love, dedication, and faith will continue to inspire all who knew him.

I am very grateful to have had you for my father. When I was younger, you devoted countless hours of your free time to help me practice basketball and take me to tournaments. You always found time to assist me with anything I needed help on, no matter how busy you were, and even if it took hours or days.
Through your words and actions, you consistently showed that you would sacrifice anything to ensure a better future for us. You had an unwavering belief and confidence in me, often more than I had in myself.
I will deeply miss your love, support, and presence for the rest of my life.

Dad worked his way from the bottom all the way to the top to achieve the American Dream and worked endlessly to build a solid foundation for his family. I’ll never forget all you have done for us. I love you and I will miss you every day.
My condolences to his family and friends. I worked with Dien for many years. I knew him to be a talented programmer who created programs that advanced our control system immensely. In conversations with him, I knew him to be a devout Christian. I hope that his faith and your faith will help you through this difficult time.
Dad, you’re the hardest working man that I’ve ever known. Some of my best memories growing up was being next to you building or fixing something. You said that no one could do it better than you and you always took pride in all the work you did. A trait that I feel you have passed down to me.
You taught me that family is what’s most important. To grow up and be educated, have a good job, a strong faith, and to always pray. I known I’ve caused a lot of tears and sleepless nights for you. But I always took to heart everything you’ve ever said. Who I am today is because of you. Thank you for guiding me and always being there.
