Joe Colt Leggett, 33, a resident of Alvin, Texas, passed from this life on January 25, 2024 in Webster, Texas. Joe was born in Galveston, Texas on May 5,1990 to parents, Joe Dick Leggett, Jr and Eva Marie (Reichardt) Leggett. Joe worked as a contractor in the construction business and also did tree work. He loved watching his daughter’s sports games, fishing, and playing board games with family. Joe Colt had a big personality that left a long impression on others. He could turn a boring atmosphere into an exciting one in a matter of minutes upon entering the room. He was loved and will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Eva Marie Leggett.

He leaves behind to cherish a lifetime of memories his father, Joe Dick Leggett, Jr.; daughter, Brooklyn Leggett; sisters, Lauren Toney and husband David, and Elizabeth Lynette Leggett; nephews, Luke Reyna and Hudson Toney and niece, Halle Huff as well as numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial service is planned for both Joe and his mother, Eva Marie Leggett on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 2:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. It will be followed by a Casting Ceremony at Clear Lake Park.
