I remember John telling the story of how he met Viva dancing. He had a big smile on his face and said with a twinkle in his eye and we never stopped dancing our life long. They were a real team and a pleasure to watch dancing with their special one of a kind moves. They complimented one another and I imagine the last few years without Viva, his forever partner was hard on him. He now takes her hand and continues their dance together! Two hearts join on earth reunited forever in heaven. I am sure he will be missed by all his friends and family left behind. My deepest condolences to Robyn, David, Faith and Collin and to John and Leslie and their boys! He was a special man.
I’m sorry to hear the news of your dad, John. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and all of your family …. God Bless You, my friend.
May John rest in peace. I knew John while attending Kerwin high school in the 1950s and was able to reconnect with him. Circa 2011 when we played golf in Friendswood, as I recall his wife also join our grouping. He was a fun guy, and obviously had a real love for life. I am certain he provided good assistance to the umpires and coaches of the youth sporting leagues. Good memories!

We just wanted to extend our sympathies to the entire family for your loss.
Sending prayers and thoughts your way during this time.
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family from Paul Fonte and his family and Jim Fonte
I am so sorry for your loss. John was a friend of my father, Bob Greaney. They lived in the same neighborhood and went to the same school. They were friends for many years. We last saw him at my father’s memorial service in 2012 which he was kind enough to come to pay his respect.
I hope you find some peace in knowing he is now with the love of his life, and you’ve all gained a new guardian angel.
May he rest in peace.
