Carroll Sue Hibbard, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother and Friend from Friendswood, Texas was 84 when she passed away on January 12, 2024, in Pearland, Texas. She was born September 21, 1939, in Belle West Virginia to parents, Paul William Workman and Minnie Lee Baldwin Workman. She was the eldest child of 8. Carroll received the Betty Crocker Scholarship, that enabled her to go on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Carroll enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and travel, she was an avid reader, and loved her dog, Brandy.

Carroll is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Emmett Crotwell Jr and her daughter, Debra Crotwell, and 6 of her siblings.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Daryl Koehn, son and daughter-in-law, Homer and Rita Hibbard, daughter Angela Watson. Grandchildren, Carroll Duran and husband Randy, Danielle Guy and husband Charles, Kayleigh Coleman and husband Bryce, Miranda Johnson and husband Michael and Joshua Koehn. Great grandchildren, Kiarah Landgraf, Victoria Kilpatrick, Chad Elmore, Randee Guy, Dante Duran, Madison Duran, Tuff Inlow, Kash Coleman, Reed Johnson, Aria Johnson, Great Great grandchildren, Jaxon Walker, Maeve Walker, Averee Guy, Samuel Kilpatrick, Aspen Atwater and Wynter Atwater and more on the way.

There will be a Celebration of Life 10:00 AM Tuesday January 16, 2024, in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel located at 2422 E. Broadway Pearland 77581 with Pastor Greg Williams officiating.
