Margaret Lillian Gardiner Osborn, 88, resident of Texas City, Texas passed from this life, December 13, 2023. She was born August 25, 1935 to proud and loving parents, William Gardiner and Edna Berry Gardiner in Hillsboro, Ontario, Canada.

Margaret traveled by train from Canada in the 1950’s to be with Ray Osborn in Oklahoma where they preceded to build their life and raise five children. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her devoted husband, Ray E. Osborn; granddaughter, Jamie Westmoreland; and grandson, Kevin Westmoreland.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Randy Osborn (Ruth); daughters, Judy Rae Westmoreland (Lester), Jeanie Moore (Morris), Cheryl Parker (William), Lori Osborn, and fur baby, Gabby; grandson, Kurt Parker; granddaughters, Jodie Silva, Christy Osborn, Cayce Brandon; great granddaughter, Aidri Silva; great grandson, Gunner Roth, as well as numerous extended family and friends.

The family would like to thank Nell Jordan Harvey for her loving care and support for our mother during the last several weeks.

In her honor a visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 12:00-3:00pm at the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, Dickinson, Tx with a graveside service to follow at the Alta Loma Cemetery, Alta Loma, Texas.

Pall Bearers: Randy Osborn, Kurt Parker, William Parker, Lester Westmoreland, Jackie Davis, and John Chandler. Honorary Pallbearer: Frank Silva.
