Hilda Norris Fisher, 76 of Pearland, Texas passed away on December 12, 2023, in Webster, Texas. She was born June 14, 1947, in Whiteville, North Carolina, to parents, Mack Cecil and Leola Sealy Norris.

Hilda resided in Pearland for the past five years, formerly of Chadbourn, North Carolina, Her favorite things she loved, first and foremost were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Hilda loved to read, she loved all types of books and would never give any of her books away, she would say; “I’ll read them again someday”. She also loved family gatherings and her beloved dog Angel. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronald Cecil Norris.

Hilda is survived by her children; Kimberly Nguyen and husband Daniel, Hank Fisher and wife Tara, Chris Fisher and wife Dee, brother; Larry Locklear and wife Kay, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
