Jeffrey David Wallace
Jeffrey David Wallace, 35, was born on June 30th, 1988 in Clinton, Iowa, to Kim and David Wallace. He succumbed to a sudden illness on November 14th, 2023. Jeff was an amazing husband, father, son, brother and friend.
Jeff, known as “J-Wall” to his close friends and family, was a gifted artist with a love of music and an eye for photography. An engineer by trade, Jeff had a knack for tinkering with vintage cameras and audio equipment, as well as collecting vinyl records. He played guitar and cello and his skills were unmatched by his contemporaries. He held a masters in applied physics and was always the smartest person in the room.
Jeff loved Amanda and they were each other’s perfect match. They were married on October 12th, 2013 and to this union were born two beautiful daughters Shirley Rose and Bernadette Marie. Their lives together were filled with fun, laughter and of course, science, art and music. The Wallace family enjoyed trips to NASA while living in Texas.
Jeff is survived by his daughters, Shirley and Bernadette, his wife Amanda, his sister Bethany and her husband Brendon, and his father David. Jeff is also survived by his parents-in-law, Dale and Sue Golwitzer, and sister-in-laws, Amber Sherman and Amelia Golwitzer. Jeff is also survived by many special relatives and friends including Marty Sherman (Amber), Thom Kedley (Becca), Dustin (Duddy) Bengston (Sarah), Chris Bowzer (Aribi), and Dylan Schneeberger (Maddy).
Jeff is preceded in death by grandparents, W. Dean & Shirley Wallace and Herbert & Katherine Mason, as well as his mother, Kim Wallace.
There will be a memorial visitation Friday, November 17, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St Pearland, TX 77581.
