Joseph Steven “Steve” Lloyd II
Joseph Steven “Steve” Lloyd II, 48, a lifelong resident of Pearland, TX, went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 17, 2023. Steve was born on June 16, 1975 to Steve and Jo Ann Lloyd in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Pearland High School in 1994. Steve served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2001-2005 and was stationed at the Port of Galveston and served his country during 911.
He is survived by the love of his life and devoted wife, Tanya Lloyd; parents Steve and Jo Ann Lloyd; daughters: Leah Lloyd, and step-daughter, Taylor Martin (Jared); son, Lane Lloyd and step-son, Tyler Brown (Abigail); step-grandchild, Tripp Brown; sister, Jennifer Miggins (Thomas); nephews: Joshua Miggins and Luke Miggins.
Steve was an outdoorsman who loved the water and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a devoted father and loved his family.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 6 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home. Followed by a graveside at Houston National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be, Rick Burkhart, Doug Lester, Larry Pacheco, Thomas Miggins, Robert Yeo and Stevie Ricklefsen.

My Deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family.l got to know steve in my tenure at Knapp Chevrolet he was a diligent individual with great skills. I considered him a god friend he will be sorely missed and thank him for his service to God and Country. I pray to God to ease this loss and give closure to all who knew him and Loved him.

Steve and Jo Ann, there are no words to describe your grief. I always felt comfortable when Steve Jr. was around our house when our kids were growing up. Today when my phone rang and I saw that it was Fred, I answered you better not have any bad news for me because he never calls me during the day on a workday. But it was not to be. Xiahan and I are very saddened by this news and will visit you guys at home later.
