Patricia Bell
Patricia Bell passed away December 8, 2014 in Webster, Texas, after battling years of ALS. She was born February 1, 1953 in Jacinto City, Texas to parents Richard and Willa Faye Kelley. She was preceded in death by her father. She celebrated her life with family and friends; she loved relaxing on the family boat, the outdoors and loved our beach house vacations and her culinary skills were unmatched. She was a title clerk for many years; she spent the later part of her working career with the Galveston County Tax office where she retired. She worked very hard never missing work, but as soon as Friday was over she rushed home to her Billy where they would enjoy celebrating every weekend with friends and family. Pat lived a full happy life and everyone was family to her; she never met a stranger, but the few who crossed her watch out. Always an animal lover, she always had them in her life, even against her parents’ wishes she even had a pet skunk, but what Patty Gail wanted she got. She is survived by her husband, Billy Bell; mother, Willa Faye Leland, step-father Bobby LeLand; daughters, Amy Taylor and husband Zack, Lisa Matney and husband Jimmy; sons, Michael Day and wife Devra, Tim Day, Patrick Day and wife Georgia V. Alley, Jason Bell, and Kelley Pohlemann and wife Annie; grandchildren, Maddie, Mikey, Amber, Jacob, Moose, Alley, Zane, Bradley, Tyson, Kylie, Mason, Josh and Julia Alley; great-grandchild, Daxtyn Nix and dogs Harley and Davidson.

Sue and Kurt
I am going to miss you mama. You were such a wonderful woman. You taught me so much over the years and looked out for me as though i was your own. You are forever in our hearts. I will love you always.
I will miss her very much. After we moved to Houston she was the first to person to help me find a job. She taught me about how the dealerships work. I was able to get jobs in dealerships from the experience and training I got from her.
We would have lunch with each other when we were working close to each other. When Friday came it was time to have fun. We would eat at Gilhooley’s in San Leon. then to the boat we went. it was a weekend on the water. If we didn’t go to the boat we would go to the beach and camped all weekend.
We would laugh till we had tears running down our faces and double over because our stomachs would hurt from laughing so hard.
We always told each other we were sisters due to neither one of us had one and we called each other sister as well. We even called ourselves Thelma and Louise because we were so close. We would call each other to say good morning and sometime call each other to say good night.
We did everything together. Sometime when we were going somewhere we would say “We will be one of the blue gray hair lady’s trying to get to the post office to get our social security check so we could go have some fun.”
Rip in peace my dear friend, I will miss you and will see you some day in the great heavens. I hope you will meet me at the gates with open arms cause there was not a day that went by I did not think of you and hoping you would recover from ALS. God has you now, and I love you Pattie Gail (Thelma) your body is healed from the horrible disease of ALS.
Your friend
Cindy (Louise) Bush
