Olga Lizcano De La Rosa
Olga Lizcano De La Rosa, 86, resident of Dickinson, Texas passed from this life on March 7, 2023. She was born on November 22, 1936 in Monterrey, Mexico to parents, Ubaldo Lizcano and Carmen Arispe.
She had a career as a hair stylist for many years.
Olga was a member of Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Marcos De La Rosa, son, David De La Rosa, daughter Yvonne De La Rosa, and son, John Michael De La Rosa.
Olga leaves behind to cherish a lifetime of memories; daughter, Diana Barkmann and husband, Stephen; sisters, Lupita Nieto, Juanita Garza, Estella De La Rosa and Mary Renteria; brothers, Ramon Lizcano and Arturo Lizcano; grandchildren, Ryan De La Rosa, Christina Woodall, Mallory Frisby and Chloe De La Rosa; great-granchildren, Asher and Paisley Woodall and Silas and Lincoln Woods as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In her honor a visitation will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service at 12:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. Interment will follow immediately at Forest Park East Cemetery, Webster, Texas. There will be a reception at Forest Park East following the interment.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Ryan De La Rosa, Vincent Giles, Pete Renteria, Jimmy Garza, Lantz Engstrom, and Christian Frisby.
Mrs. De La Rosa was always so stylish and had a beautiful smile. I always loved listining to her accent when she talked. She will be missed. My heart goes out to Diana, Steve, Ryan, Christina, Mallory and Chloe and the rest of her family.
