Frances Roshan Hallmark Hill, 59, of Houston, Texas, passed away on December 17, 2022.  Frances was born on November 19, 1963 in Houston, Texas, to Nathan Paul Hallmark, Jr. and Barbara Jean Lisemby Hallmark. Frances attended school in the Aldine ISD.  Frances was a member of Mt. Houston Baptist Church.  She spent most of her life in the Houston and Alvin area of Texas.  Frances is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents (Paul and Irene Hallmark, Rev. and Mrs. Lisemby), a brother (James Fuller), a sister (Karren Hallmark), a brother (Michael Hallmark), two nieces (Cassie Fuller, Remae Bancroft), and a grandchild (Nathan Lyles).  Frances is survived by her children, Jamie Stowe, Larry Lyles, and Stephanie Reed.  Grandchildren, Elizabeth Stowe, Allison Lyles, Irene Lyles, Larry Wayne Lyles III, and Rodeo Allen Lyles.  Siblings, Sissy Bancroft, Suzette Barnes (Ricky), Troy Hallmark, and Theresa Woods (Charles).  She is also survived by numerous family and friends.  A memorial service is pending.
