Karen Ann Moulder
Karen Ann Moulder, 76, of Dickinson, Texas passed away November 26, 2014. Karen was born July 6, 1938 to Lawrence and Ione Woodcock in Plaquemine, LA and moved to Texas when she was eleven years old. Karen retired from Boeing at NASA where she flew Zero G flights to test space suits for the space shuttle. In retirement she enjoyed family and friends, sewing, antiques and decorating her home.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Michael Keith Woodcock. She is survived by her loving husband Luther Moulder; daughter, Lisa DeWeese and her husband, Roger; sons, Robert Moulder and Kenneth Moulder, Daughter-In-Law, Debra Moulder; granddaughters, Katlyn Moulder-Callahan and husband Chris and Madelyn Moulder; Brothers, Larry Woodcock and his wife, Colleen and Robert Woodcock, Sr. and his wife, Connie; Niece, Gina Battley; sisters-in-law, Hazel Warren, Fayma Burkes, Bettye Pipes, and Merle Moulder; brother-in-law Larry Moulder; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation in her honor will be held Sunday, November 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Crowder Funeral Home, Dickinson, Texas. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11:00 am, Crowder Funeral Home, Dickinson, Texas with interment following at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Dickinson, Texas.
Honored to serve as pall bearers are the Woodcock nephews, Larry, Robert Jr., John, Hunter, Fisher, and Clay.
