Johnny we will miss you. I remember times when you were visiting my grandsons, Scott and Justin. You was always so sweet.
Johnny , while I never met you in person, I know that you had to have been a wonderful human being. I have known Megan for over 16 years and she is just amazing , so I know the two of you were very happy in your four + years together and she chose wisely when she met you. The Lord apparently has bigger plans for you, soar with the Angels and keep watch over your loved ones left here on earth. May your family and loved ones find Peace during this most difficult time. God Bless.
Sad to hear you passed old friend, had some good times with you growing up man! Truly going to be missed.
Johnny Bob – we sure will miss you buddy! You were a great friend, always there when me or anyone else needed you. I still can’t believe you’re gone, way too soon. I’ll miss your random 2 am phone calls, all your questions, and just sitting down having a beer talking about life. You were one of a kind – fly high and tell my dad hi!! Y’all don’t have too much fun up there without me.
Love you Johnny
You were always the life of every single party, and an amazing friend and family member. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby sister and loving her with everything you have. I couldnt have prayed for someone better than you for her. Soulmates barely describes the perfection everyone saw within y’all. Thank you for being such an amazing uncle to Bailey and Brynleigh. They love you so much and so do I

John came to our Control Center as an apprentice. He brought with him a positive attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. Early on, we had a conversation about him refusing to call me by my first name. He always called me Mr. Edwards. I didn’t complain, I liked his never ending show of respect-as the oldest man in the room that made me feel pretty darn good!. As he progressed rapidly towards journeyman, he showed me a thing or two about switching circuits and the ever changing technology. So often we hear, “only the good die young.” Maybe so, but it’s not a comfort right now. Not a comfort indeed.
R.I.P. John Larson. I sure did like calling you my friend!
I am so sorry for you and your family’s loss of this young man. I don’t remember ever getting to meet him. But I am sure, especially after reading about him and him being your son, I believe he was a great guy.
REST EASY John,
Digger
I remember when Johnny was little and Dale would bring him to visit Grandma New York. He was such a sweet little boy and grew into a caring man. Always hoped he would bring Meagan to visit us in New York. Sympathies to all who knew and loved him.
I only met John at work a year and a half ago. He was upbeat with that smile and positive attitude. I would sometimes get frustrated about something at work and John would maintain that smile and say something like “Oh well, we will get through this.” With this attitude, drive and his abilities John was moving up fast at work and was considered a great asset. He is greatly missed. I offer condolences and will keep his family in my prayers. Rest in Peace John !!
John, you will be greatly missed. I have watched you grow from a baby and have many photos of you coming for visits with your dad and sister to spend time with you cousins in North Texas. You always had a smile on your face and a kind word to say. I always viewed you as a gentle giant and I knew without a doubt that if I needed help you would be willing to drop everything and help out. I am so glad you met and married Meagan. She was a perfect fit for you and I know you loved her deeply.
I knew very little of John on a personal level, but I got the pleasure of getting to know John on a professional level starting just over a year and a half ago. It was a great joy for me to have worked with John for many different reasons. To name a few, John was always positive and communicated with a smile, he had a can-do attitude, and he had no shortage of fresh, great ideas. John was respected and well-liked in our work place. He will be extremely missed here and I can only imagine how hard John’s passing must be for his family and friends. Rest in peace, John, and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and to all that miss him.
