Lee Roy Henson Jr
Lee Roy Henson Jr, left this life on Thursday, March 17, 2022 in Conroe, TX at the age of 59. He was born on May 5, 1962 in Austin, TX to Lee Roy Henson and Jone Lynn Branton Henson. In this life Lee never met a stranger but was busy making friends where ever he went. He lived each moment to the fullest, always smiling and enjoying the moment. Lee proudly served in the Marine Corps. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing in his pool league and helping his sons Patrick and James at their ice cream shop. Lee was very proud and excited to recently welcome the birth of his first grandchild, Mila. Lee was proceeded in death by his mother, Jone Lynn Branton Henson, and father, Lee Roy Henson, Sr. He is survived by his son Patrick Henson of League City, TX, his son James and wife Rachel Henson of Pasadena,TX, his brother Mark Henson of Austin, TX and granddaughter Mila Henson. Services for Lee will take place on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Crowder Funeral Home – WEBSTER LOCATION, 111 East Medical Center Blvd. Webster, Texas 77598. Family visitation will begin at 4 pm and the family will receive friends and guests for visitation at 5 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 6:30 pm. Graveside and burial services will take place at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 25, 2022 at Youngs Prairie Cemetery in Elgin, TX.
Lee was a good friend in high school and we had a blast at our last reunion. He will be greatly missed. I will remember that he always had a smile and a great laugh. Love and prayers for his family and friends. Lee was one of a kind❤.
